💎 Made-to-Order & Fulfillment Information

How does fulfillment work for made-to-order items?

As soon as your custom order is placed and confirmed, production begins, and the order is automatically routed to the nearest fulfillment facility to ensure the quickest creation and shipment possible.

How do I track my order?

Once your custom piece is crafted, packaged, and handed off to the courier, tracking information will automatically sync to your store account and be emailed to you.

Why isn't my tracking code updating yet?

If your order status is marked as "fulfilled" or "shipped" but tracking details aren't appearing, please don't worry! This occurs when the carrier has collected the package, but hasn't scanned it into their sorting system yet. Tracking updates typically appear within 24 to 48 hours.

Shipping Exclusions

Due to unpredictable customs clearance procedures and import regulations, we currently do not ship to India and Turkey.
