At Diar Collections, every custom-crafted and made-to-order piece is tailored specifically to your unique vision. We stand behind the fine craftsmanship, structural integrity, and quality of our jewelry with a LIFETIME Warranty starting from the date of delivery. 

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship, structural integrity, and materials under normal, recommended care:

  • Structural Defects: Unintended metal cracking, band breakage, or soldering seam failures under normal wear.
  • Mounting & Settings: Loose prongs, defective stone mountings, or clasp mechanisms present upon arrival or failing prematurely due to a manufacturing defect.  
  • Design Discrepancy: Significant deviations from the final custom design proof approved by the customer prior to crafting.

What Is Excluded

Excluded Costs: Item promotional discounts, flash sale deductions, and original or return shipping charges are strictly non-refundable via store credit.  


Normal Wear & Tear: Expected aging, natural metal oxidation, surface scratches, plating wear over time, or minor metal scuffs from daily wear.  

  • Accidental & Environmental Damage: Dents, bent prongs, crushed bands, exposure to harsh household chemicals, perfumes, pools/saltwater, or physical impact.  
  • Third-Party Modifications: Any resizing, engraving, stone resetting, or repair work performed by an outside jeweler or unauthorized service voids this warranty entirely.  
  • Lost or Stolen Items: Lost jewelry or center/accent stones that detach and are misplaced due to physical impact or accidental snagging.

Key Policy Terms

  • Coverage Duration: A Lifetime warranty from the date of item delivery.
  • Eligible Items: All custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order fine jewelry pieces.  
  • Compensation Type: 100% Store Credit (No cash, bank, or original payment method refunds).
  • Compensation Value: Equal to the original base price paid for the item (excluding any applied item discounts, promotional codes, and shipping fees).

Compensation & Resolution

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within your 3-year warranty window:

  • Store Credit Calculation: Your store credit will equal the base purchase price of the custom piece prior to any applied discounts, excluding shipping costs.  
  • Issuance & Usage: Store credit will be credited directly to your Diar Collections account, never expires, and can be redeemed across any current or future collections.
  • Non-Transferable: Store credit is tied to the original purchasing account and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another party.

How to File a Warranty Claim
1. Submit Proof: Email info@diarcollections.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and high-resolution photos/videos of the defect.

2. Review & Evaluation: Our quality assurance specialists will review your submission within 2–3 business days.

3. Keep Your Piece & Credit Release: There is no need to return the defective item, you are welcome to keep it. Once your claim is approved, your full store credit code will be issued instantly.
